About Soul Prism Therapy
"Every person who walks through our door deserves to feel that they belong here — fully, without apology."
Soul Prism Therapy was born from a simple but deeply held belief: that a therapy practice should feel as healing as the work it holds.
Kritika Mehta founded Soul Prism after years of working within systems that didn't quite fit, practices where therapists were colleagues in name but rarely in spirit. She wanted something different. A space where therapists could show up as their full selves, make decisions together, and bring genuine collective care to every client they work with.
That same spirit shapes everything we do. At Soul Prism, we are not a clinic. We are a collective - a small, intentional team of registered psychotherapists who believe that the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most powerful forces for change there is.
We work with individuals, couples, children, and families navigating some of life's most tender and complex moments. We offer therapy in English, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, and French because we know that the deepest healing often happens in the language closest to your heart.
Soul Prism Therapy is located in Vaughan, Ontario, with virtual sessions available to anyone across the province. We are proud members of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and we take the ethics and responsibility of this work seriously.

What guides our work
The relationship is the therapy.
We believe the connection between a therapist and client is not just a vehicle for healing, it is healing. Every session begins with genuine curiosity about who you are.
You set the pace.
Healing is not linear, and it cannot be rushed. We follow your lead, honour your timing, and trust that you know yourself better than anyone else.
Your culture is not a footnote.
The communities we come from, the languages we carry, the expectations we have inherited, these are not obstacles to therapy. They are part of the story we hold together.
A collective, not a clinic.
Our therapists work as a true team, supporting each other, consulting together, and bringing a depth of collaborative care to every person we work with.
