This call gives us a chance for you to get to know the therapist and for the therapist to learn more about your hopes for therapy. How do I get started with therapy?

Each appointment is 50 minutes long. Weekly sessions are typical initially since consistency fosters progress. However, we are adaptable and will work out a schedule that meets your requirements.
